Return Period
You have 30 days to return all or part of your order. Depending on your preference, we will offer you an exchange or a refund. This 30-day period begins on the day you receive your package and is counted in calendar days.
Eligible Customers
This service is exclusively available for orders to individual customers and does not cover orders placed on behalf of a business.
Eligible Products
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Special order items, bulk orders, or products not listed in our catalog.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Food products.
- Used or opened items.
- Products purchased from the "Outlet" section (clearance items).
Return Shipping Conditions
The customer is responsible for the return shipping of the products. To qualify for a full refund, please follow these guidelines:
- Return products in their original, unopened packaging, complete and in perfect condition.
- Pack the items securely in a sturdy box, ensuring proper cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
- Choose a tracked and insured shipping method, preferably using UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Do not use relay point services; we cannot collect packages from such locations, and your return will be either sent back to you or destroyed.
- If returning from outside the European Economic Area, complete all necessary customs declarations and pay any applicable import duties for entry into Portugal.
- Returns must be made within 30 days. Any package received after this period will not be accepted.
Return Request Validation
To initiate a return, please complete the return request form below. We will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send your package directly to our company headquarters, as we are unable to process returns there. Any package sent to this address will be returned to you or destroyed.
Refund Conditions
We will refund the amount paid for the returned item(s) via the original payment method used at checkout. Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited, and you will receive an email confirming the transaction. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 30 days.
